You can do this by submerging the straw/paper in some scorching water, trying to keep it at around 60 levels C for about one hour. When this has completed, drain the substrate and enable it to amazing prior to loading it into a see-through plastic bag. Set a handful of straw/paper into the bag and then sprinkle spawn on prime, and carry on this till the bag is complete. Tie the bag with a steel-tie and then pierce holes above the bag which will let air to support the mycelium increase and will allow mushrooms to grow later on, Go away it in a warm area for about two months till the bag completely colonizes (turns white, from the mycelium expanding).
