A good Straightforward Gluten Cost-free Snack – Granola Bars An individual Can Just take Hiking Or Just On A Road Vacation!

Often it can be hard for Celiacs to uncover standard every day snacks. If your likely on a highway vacation or going on a hike, you will not constantly want to consider a bag of carrots or a bag of Gluten Free Path combine. Often you want that old fashioned hearty Granola bar.

I have completed a lot of study above the earlier year and transpired across this wonderful homemade recipe for Granola Bars that are excellent for any celebration.

Ingredients:
one cup brown rice cereal
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
one cup brown sugar
one/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup agave nectar syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla
one/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp butter
one cup almonds
two cups blended dried fruit (You can throw in dried cranberries, pineapples, bananas, raisins, something you want at this point)
two cups rolled oats, (gluten-cost-free)

Your heading to begin off by pre-heating your oven to 325 Degrees.

Get a 9×13 inch pan and frivolously grease it with some spray.

Throw sugar free recipes and your hazelnuts on to a baking sheet and toast them. I usually toast them for all around 10 minutes, turning them at the very least 2 times. This will give your Granola Bars that further crunchy, crisp taste.

Combine your agave nectar syrup, your brown sugar, vanilla, butter, and sea salt together into a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Make positive the heat is on medium, so you do not burn off it. Once it is introduced to a boil you can set it apart off the warmth.

Now in a separate bowl you’ll blend your dry substances. Throw in your oats and hazelnuts, brown rice cereal and sunflower seeds, dried fruit and chocolate chips into the bowl. Mix them collectively, and then pour your syrup combine more than the granola blend and stir.

Now comes the enjoyable part. Pour out your granola combination into a baking dish and flatten it with a spatula or your arms. Make confident you compress it collectively truly well so they adhere collectively when they come out of the oven. You can bake them for twenty-30 minutes, but i usually do it for a small for a longer time so they get further crunchy.
