In other words, if I say that these chillers are equipments that are used for cooling the temperature of industrial machines by making use of water, then there would be hardly any person who will not agree with me.

But, with this these developments have also increased the need of regular maintenance and check up of these chillers to enjoy their flawless services. Here’s one thing which needs to be mentioned here about these chillers is that there is a belief among most of the people, that chillers are mainly required in big industries, although this is true to a huge extent, but apart from this they are equally used in all big organizations where different types of heavy machines are used for operating purposes for instances hospitals, food extracting industries etc.
It therefore becomes imperative for all organization to go, through certain factors that are helpful in improvising the functionality of chillers to a huge extent:
1. Make sure that there is no leakage in the unit: As a small leakage in the bottom of your boat is enough to get it to sink in water, likewise a little leakage in your IRS Refrigeration is enough to spoil its performance to a huge extent. The leakage in unit releases air and moisture to the condenser which adversely impacts its performance and cooling efficiency. The moisture developing inside the condenser starts creating acids, which with passing time spoil the bearings and motor of the unit. The leakages also develop rusts across the tubes that are installed across the unit, thus impacting cooling and heating efficiency of the unit.
2. Looking after the water use: As water is the major elements that is helpful in cooling the atmosphere in these chillers it is necessary that it should be used in an appropriate way so as to minimize the chances of corroding, scaling etc. If the water system in the chilling unit is closed it will require a single chemical treatment of water, but in case if the water system is open then it will require constant chemical water treatment.
3. Keeping the record of chiller operation: To enjoy flawless service from your chiller it would be better to maintain its individual record of its daily performance to notice any issue which might affect its performance in future. Regular maintenance of the operating record helps in checking the history while analyzing the performance of unit at different timings.
