This is not a new or groundbreaking approach of creating sales, but Scentsy has a great item line and they are capable to keep competitive with low prices and good quality solutions.
Scentsy is owned by Orville and Heidi Thompson and sells its goods by means of a field sales force of 40,000 independent sales representatives identified as independent Scentsy Consultants. Scentsy markets wickless candles and other solutions which includes candle warmers, area sprays, auto candles, travel tins, plug in warmers, and more than 80 distinctive scented waxes.
Not only do they offer you terrific solutions but, Scentsy gives one of the most generous compensation plans in the sector. Lets speak about what to count on When you join Scentsy.
Initially you get the starter kit which involves more than $200 in solution all for only $99. This kit incorporates item samples and literature to successfully host a home celebration.
Second you get a business replicated web page that tracks you and your teams sales and commissions. diamond scentsy warmer is a free of charge service for 3 months and then it fees $10 monthly. This service is generally $20 – $40 month-to-month with other organizations.
Scentsy boasts up to 25% commissions on your individual sales and 9% commissions on your downline’s sales. This seems great, nevertheless you want to read the fine print on commissions. You have to personally sell (or acquire) $150 in a quarter, this is compounded by the fact that it has to be in a single month from that quarter. 3 months in a row of $50 doesn’t count. To earn commissions on your team, you will have to be a Lead Consultant to qualify. A Lead Consultant is a individual who has the $500 personal and $1000 in group wholesale volume in a month and a single active frontline Scentsy Consultant (1st level). This is not the 9% spoke of above, at this level you earn 2% from your downline and this is the third level of consultant. You have to make it to the sixth level to get the full 9% commission.
I do believe that Scentsy is a wonderful enterprise to be involved in. I do even so know that teams capable of generating the 9% commissions are tough to build. Do you know what it takes to personally sponsor 10-30 reps a week? Scentsy is a terrific business, they have two points that constantly stand out, a item that does not rely on any other product to perform, and a terrific family oriented company.
