quadro_bikeNever ya appreciate circling the block for that fantastic parking spot? And then worrying about the parking meter operating out when you are running errands downtown that are taking longer than expected. Effectively the cool factor about an electric bike (and standard bike) is the capability to pull up and park as close as doable to where you are going. Oh yeah, and it really is totally free to park your electric bike!
Parking a bicycle is so a great deal less difficult than parking a car or truck. It is truly nice to be able to pull up to where you are going and obtain the nearest bike rack or tree and lock your bike to it. That’s it. Accomplished:)
Parking a vehicle on the other hand can be a frustrating encounter. Circling the block or parking lot for that fantastic spot that is as close to the store you are going to is frustrating! Locating that excellent spot is also time consuming. When you consider some of the time you might have saved driving someplace, it is commonly lost even though attempting to find that parking spot.
Parking an electric bike is no cost! That’s about all there is to say on that. As a comparison take into account how a great deal you spend to park your automobile on a everyday basis. In cities that can be a important chunk of revenue on a monthly basis. Just saving funds on parking your vehicle for a handful of months (not to mention gas and maintenance) could easily equal the cost of an electric bike.
Valet bike parking? That’s ideal there is such a point! And it’s not your standard valet parking at a fancy hotel or restaurant. yoursite.com is a funny image although…..think about rolling up amongst the higher rollers in their Mercedes Benz’s and BMW’s and giving the parking attendant your ebike and keys! Anyways back to it.
Bicycle valet parking is commonly held at significant events like music shows, outdoor markets, and other significant gatherings. Bicycle valet parking is typically a substantial safe region where you give your bike to an attendant and they give you a ticket that is connected with your bike. When you are ready to go you simply give the ticket back to the attendant and they give you your bike back. The valet parking is generally absolutely free and is put on by a regional bicycle club. It really is a hassle-free way to securely shop all the bikes in 1 location at a significant event. It is also good to see how lots of bikes can be parked in an region that only a couple of automobiles could be parked in!
What about theft? Just like persons breaking into your vehicle there can be problems with folks attempting to steal your electric bike. My assistance is to get a great lock to secure the frame and wheels of your bike and park your bike in an region where there are a lot of people. It’s hard to steal a bike when there are a lot of people today about. A further tip is to use a bolt to safe your seatpost rather of a quick release. That tends to make it far more hard to steal your seat and seatpost. Ask your neighborhood bike shop about this if you are not confident what that suggests.
