One man or woman may possibly have taken the call, and a 2nd individual assigned the pickup driver. With individuals concerned in the genuine pickup and shipping, all had been part of the single stream of action, or approach that began with the customer purchase.
The pickup-by means of-delivery process has lengthy been monitored by cell communications products with GPS and its associated software program. But in having a broader view, technological innovation companies also see other streams of exercise that lend them selves to definition, examination, and improvement. A single instance may possibly be the process of recruiting, qualifying, and employing motorists one more might be acquiring, examining, and having to pay – or not having to pay – cargo claims.
